The new half-chip non-isolated regulator, PRM48BH480T200A00, is the
newest member of the V•I Chip product portfolio. At only 0.87” x 0.65” x
0.265”, this half-chip PRM™ is 97 percent efficient at 200 W with the same
power density as a 400 W full-size PRM. The half-chip PRM broadens the
market into lower power applications and is ideal for server processor and memory, ATE system, and LED driver applications.
