Isolated Regulated
Products range from the traditional full, half and quarter-brick DC-DC converter modules to the next generation high-density surface-mount products at less than the size of an equivalent 1/32 brick. The brick family offers tens of thousands of combinations of input voltage, output voltage and power levels.  Input voltages range from 10-400 Vdc; output voltages from 1-95 Vdc; output power to 600W; and a choice of temperature grades, from -55°C to +100°C. Products can be paralleled for high power solutions. High efficiency, high density building blocks with fast transient response – support a broad range of power levels and power architectures. These include centralized power (CPA), distributed power (DPA) and Factorized power architectures (FPA), allowing power architects to more easily design small, high performance, thermally enhanced, cost effective power system solutions.

Bus conversion requirements for intermediate bus conversion (IBC) architectures used in a wide range of telecom, computing and industrial applications  can be satisfied through Vicor VTM®, BCM® and IBC® products.  These Sine Amplitude Converters provide superior performance at highest power.  A wide range of input voltages support bus requirements of 38-55 Vdc or 36-60 Vdc and high voltage DC requirements 270 V, 350 V and 380 V inputs.

Non-Isolated Regulated
Vicor’s range of buck and buck-boost DC-DC converters use a Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology, enabling high frequency operation while minimizing switching losses and maximizing efficiency. The high switching frequency operation reduces the size of the external filtering components, improves power density, and enables fast dynamic response to line and load transients. For buck regulators there is an optional I2C  interface to enable user programmability.  In addition to both boosting and bucking a wide range input voltage – providing a regulated, adjustable output voltage – a factorized power architecture (FPA) can be implemented with Vicor’s PRM® used with Vicor’s VTM®, for a complete isolated DC-DC solution with high efficiency and power density.
