Req. 4817 Operations at  400 Federal Street,  Andover, MA

As a member of a New Product Introduction Team you will be responsible for forecast / material drive for the product. Working with Manufacturing and Engineer to develop, monitor and report on a timeline for the build and delivery of the product to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Company's MRP system to develop complex plans and schedules with new or variable material and capacity needs. 
  • Support customer requirements within the current build plans. 
  • Monitor the movement of assemblies through the production cycle. 
  • Coordinate the efficient movement of material with purchasing, production and engineering. 
  • Responsible for performing a variety of routing, dispatching and expediting duties necessary to meet production schedules. 
  • Interact effectively with customer service, production, sales and engineering through status and/or exception reporting.  Develop specifications to production. 
  • Participate in physical inventory reconciliation process. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, Management or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum of 3 years planning experience in related industry
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, expert level proficiency with Excel and Word.
  • Proven presentation skills and ability to work as part of a larger team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PeopleSoft or similar legacy system knowledge a plus
  • APICS or other Professional certification preferred
