Responsibilities

  • Oversee preparation and review of SEC reporting including annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, any required Form 8-K filings and annual proxy filing.
  • Oversee internal financial reporting and preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting to senior management.
  • Oversee annual financial statement audit and quarterly reviews, including annual audit of internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
  • Responsible for income tax accounting, income tax projects and income tax compliance, which includes the coordination of annual income tax return preparation along with any federal or state income tax audits.  Coordinate all with outside tax advisors.
  • Research and implementation of new accounting and financial reporting standards.
  • Serve as key contact for independent registered public accounting firm and the Company’s Audit Committee.
  • Oversee finance and accounting for domestic and international operating subsidiaries and divisions.
  • Special projects and analyses as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to interact with different levels of personnel, including senior management and outside advisors
  • Strong analytical, communication and mentoring skills
  • Self-starter with high energy and commitment, and strong work ethic
  • Minimum of 15-18 years of overall experience, with 8+ years’ experience with international public accounting firm
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, C.P.A. required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
