Assist in the testing of IC and SIP products. This positon is an entry level position. This individual is expected to develop skills to be able monitor and perform basic tasks on handlers and probers. For handlers this includes proper handling of product, cleaning contacts when necessary, printing summaries, and keeping track of testing such that the counts are accurate. For probe, this includes cleaning probes as necessary and being able to properly start and stop the probers.


  • Develop skills to run Picor ATE equipment (Eagle Testers, EG Probers, Handlers, etc).
  • Utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement and test equipment to perform daily tasks
  • Be able to maintain accurate counts.
  • Work with a minimum of direct supervision
  • Be able to communicate issues to Techs/Engineers as they arise.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested or directed

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or Equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
