  • Responsible for ATE hardware and software, testing production power supplies, testing prototypes, and bench testing as needed. Design, build and support ATE hardware and software for power supply testing. Troubleshoot, test, debug, and DVT prototypes. Provides documentation as required. Works closely with Design Engineering to develop and maintain new test procedures. Responsible for ensuring calibration and the ESD Control Process to ensure that there is no ESD damage to product shipped to the customer. Responsible for testing customer returns, N/C Correction, Root-Cause Analysis, and C/A for Root-Cause.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or professional certification in Electronics/Electrical Engineer required.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant laboratory experience in the electronic engineering industr
  • Experienced with power supply testing
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Must be able to read schematics and Bill of Materials.
  • Must be able to operate oscilloscope, DMM, and electronic loads.
  • Programming experience is a plus. Visual Basic programming is preferred.
  • Must be capable of standing while working for majority of daily work.
  • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds intermittently and lift up to 20 pounds throughout daily work.
  • Interpersonal skills required to interface with other employees of varying disciplines.
