Powering technology for xEVs that solves the challenges of low-voltage PDN (Power Delivery Network) and 800V – 400V compatibility
Presented by Seishi Tsukimoto, Senior Application Engineer
Tsukimoto will share an example of an electric vehicle power delivery network (PDN) configuration comprised of high-density power modules and a PDN of a DC-DC converter that solves the fast-charging compatibility problems between 400V and 800V systems.
Over 20 years of research and development/design of DC-DC converters for industrial equipment, automotive, satellites and etc, and over 10 years of research and development of motor inverters. Since 2018, as a senior application engineer at Vicor, Tsukimoto is mainly in charge of technical support for automotive.
