The Lead OCM Analyst will report to the Director Business Systems Analytics.  They will be responsible for supporting Projects through change impact collection and assessment, while creating overall change impact summaries and mitigation plans by stakeholder group for specific projects and/or workstreams/modules as assigned.  They will also assist in developing a training needs analysis, creating communication inputs and help in developing and executing a train-the-trainer program.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple disciplines (e.g., management teams, IT, HR) to translate business needs into change and organizational implications, and drive change throughout the organization
  • Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams
  • Design and develop change management and deployment strategies that will guide efforts and provide a foundational change approach in support of the transformation program
  • Develop change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders/business units being impacted by the change.
  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Determine the approach and tools and lead the identification and current-to-future state gap analysis of people, process, and/or technology change impacts; use the results to inform change management, communication and training plans
  • Develop a communication plan and dissipate communications around the program
  • Develop and execute training plans, inclusive of the development and delivery of training materials
  • Support learning and adoption of new systems, processes, changes etc.
  • Support the knowledge transfer process and develop knowledge management capabilities
  • Define success metrics and track performance against metrics during and post-implementation to ensure changes are long-lived and sustainable
  • Ensure leadership is kept informed of project activities and changes
  • Support Collecting Change Impacts in SAP S/4 Design Workshops using MS Excel or other software applications.
  • Support coordinating and reviewing Change Impacts with functional consultants and client business leads.
  • Support Creating Change Impact summaries in MS PowerPoint.
  • Support conducting training needs analysis and corresponding training deliverables.
  • Support training delivery and logistics.
  • Support the creation and development of train trainer strategy and execution.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience working as an Organizational Change Management Analyst for an enterprise IT implementaiton project. 

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Informaiton Systems, or related; Masters degree is a plus

  • Must have SAP S/4 experience across various modules.

  • Experience with Change Impact Assessments, Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy and Execution, and Train – the – Trainer Program Design and Execution.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes (e.g. Finance or Logistics areas).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Ability to work closely and in collaboration with Project Directors. VPs and Sales Professionals

  • High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, as demonstrated by strong internal or client reference

  • Excellent oral communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior management and executive team member

  • Excellent written communication skill

  • Excellent quantitative analysis and critical thinking abilitie

  • Strong understanding of the interrelationships between people/organization, business processes and enabling technologies as contributors to business effectiveness

  • Desire to continue professional development, training and certification

  • Accountability, excellence through team work, continuous improvement, obsession with understanding the customer needs, and exhibiting a pragmatic can do approach.

  • Self-directed and possesses the ability to drive projects to completion autonomously.
