Powering next-generation Edge Computers
Presented by Marco Hsieh, Field Application Engineer, Vicor
The industry has witnessed a dramatic surge in power consumption with the increase of data processing via edge computers. To meet these soaring demands requires enhanced power delivery networks (PDNs). Robust power delivery entails not just the distribution of power, but also the efficiency, size, and thermal performance of a system. Vicor power-dense modules are top performing DC-DC converters that are easy to configure and can be used in series to quickly scale to accommodate higher power demands.

Marco served as FAE in Vicor since Jul. 2021. Before joining Vicor, he worked as technical sales in Vishay and FAE in Taxes Instrument for years. He graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology with a master degree of power electronic.
