PI33xx MIL-COTS ZVS 降壓開關穩壓器可爲電路板層面設計人員進行高效負載點 DC-DC 穩壓提供最高的功率密度和靈活性。集成高性能零電壓開關 (ZVS) 拓撲,可提高負載點性能,從而可帶來高達 96% 的業界最佳電源效率。ZVS 穩壓器與控制電路、電源半導體以及支持組件高度集成在一個高密度系統級封裝 (SiP) 中。此外,該器件還可通過配置,工作在恆流工作模式下。
