Vicor to present innovative benefits of using compact, power dense DC-DC conversion at Automotive Innovation Day 2026
Reduce size, weight and cost while boosting performance using Vicor power modules in power design

Vicor, the leader in high-performance power modules, will present at Automotive Innovation Day 2026 (AID) in Seoul on July 1st, highlighting new, innovative possibilities enabled by using compact power modules in EV power delivery networks.
David Park, Senior FAE, Vicor Korea and Donghyun Kim, Senior Manager from INFAC will explain how they leveraged a small DC-DC converter form factor to innovate their power design. INFAC was able to embed the DC-DC converter inside the EV battery pack using Vicor high density power modules. Vicor technology provides a compact, symmetrically bidirectional, 8.0M A/s current transient that allows for a new level of DC-DC converter performance. Furthermore, they were able to reduce development time and costs by using the same modules in multiple configurations to address different power needs across the vehicle applications.
