Vicor to present high-density power conversion accelerating the migration to 48V power delivery networks

With the continuous growth of electricity demand in various industries, high-voltage conversion has become increasingly important. 48V is adopted by many industries and brings advantages to power delivery networks.

Vicor will deliver a presentation on “High efficiency power and conversion technology” (Tech Taipei), introducing the migration to 48V power delivery networks.

Vicor will present at three WCX sessions

High density power conversion accelerating the migration to 48V power delivery networks

Presented by Jeff Chang, Field Applications Engineer, Vicor Taiwan

Vicor power modules are optimized for 48V, providing higher efficiency, density and performance. In addition, power modules enable design flexibility and are easier to implement than discrete power solutions. Due to the lower profile and small size, they can be easily configured and expanded.

About Tech Taipei

The demand for global electricity is increasing, especially with the popularity of AI and its deepening into more applications. In order to achieve energy saving and carbon reduction, as well as to maximize the utilization of electricity, it is necessary for either chip level components or the entire power system to improve efficiency and reduce losses during the power conversion process. At the same time, the power system design must not only aim at higher power and conversion efficiency, but also take cost, product size, and safety into account. Register for the event.
