PI37xxシリーズは、制御回路、電力半導体、その他の部品を集積させたSiP（System-in-Package）タイプのレギュレータで、インダクタとコンデンサを追加することで高効率のスイッチングレギュレータを構成することができます。スイッチング周波数が高いため、小型のインダクタとコンデンサを使うことができ、高電力密度と入・出力の変動に対する高速過渡応答性能を実現します。PI37xxシリーズは、広い入力電圧範囲で動作し、出力電圧が対応する範囲も広いスイッチングレギュレータで、定電流モードの動作も可能です。
