Vicor power modules and proprietary topologies deliver top power system performance for eVTOLs

Vicor presented 800V platform DC-DC solution for eVTOLs
eVTOL is growing rapidly in the low altitude economy. Space and weight are critical requirements when designing power systems for these applications. Equally important is providing a power delivery network that offers high reliability, high efficiency, easy scalability, high power density, a small footprint and competitive cost. Vicor will explain how to simplify power system design to meet these challenging power requirements.
Vicor presented at China International Low-altitude Economy Industry Innovation and Development Summit
800V platform with DC-DC power modules delivers top eVTOL performance
Presented by Kevin Ni, Managing Director of Vicor China
Kevin presented the benefits of using Vicor power modules and proprietary topologies to deliver top power system performance for eVTOLs. The Vicor 800V platform DC-DC helps engineers design systems with higher reliability, efficiency and power density for eVTol applications.

Kevin Ni has a master's degree from the Radio Department of Southeast University. Kevin worked in the R&D departments of ZTE, Lucent Technologies, and Photonicbridge Corporation, and has been engaged in the research and development of CDMA networks and optical communication systems. He then joined Exar Corporation to promote semiconductor chips. In 2011, Kevin joined Vicor for the establishment of Vicor China office and team, dedicated to promoting Vicor power modules with high reliability and performance.
