Microコンバータは、コンパクトかつ効率的で、幅広い入力電圧範囲、リモートセンス機能、高い出力電圧調整機能、低いスタンバイ電力を提供します。
低ノイズのゼロ電流 / ゼロ電圧スイッチングと高度なパワー半導体パッケージは、温度勾配が小さく、最大7.3W/cm3の電力密度を達成しています。
樹脂ケースに覆われたMaxi, Mini 及びMicroシリーズのDC-DCコンバータは、独自のスピンフィルプロセスを採用しているため、充填樹脂にはボイドがなく、
過酷な環境状況にも適応しています。2つの温度グレードがあり、Hグレードは-55℃、Mグレードは-65℃の最低動作温度で使用できます。
H&Mグレードのモジュールは、MIL-STD-810及びMIL-STD-202を対応しており、環境ストレススクリーニングを全数適用してから出荷されます。
